If you wanna try a different take of Spanish Bread, you might want to check @thatawkwardbaker on Instagram. Isa sells Malunggay and Kalabasa Spanish bread. Yup, that’s right! Her less-guilt spanisg bread versions are sooo good, even kids who doesnt like veggies enjoyed it. She also has Ube Tiramisu (another unique sweet treats right?). She also have banana breads in 3 flavors - Cinnamon, coffee crumble and chocolate chip. But what’s more interesting about this SME is safetyand quality of goods for her customers. Complete with food storage instructions, packaging is well-taught and even the the temperature of the baker is indicated. I’ve never seen a packaging as detailed as this.
