Things you don't want to miss in Hong Kong
Michelin 3 stars 12 years in a row! It's pricey but you don't get to try a 3-star Chinese restaurant that often :)

You need to visit this particular store for freshly baked moon cake that you won't get anywhere else. Don't buy off the shelf, buy freshly baked ones (they lasts 2-3 days only).

33 Kam Fai Path, Yuen Long, Hong Kong
Michelin 1 star chinese restaurant with quite a bit of flare! Good recommendation for lunch and dinner. Need reservations, splendid decor but not too much of a view.

Where all the instagram shots are taken 🤣 a rare historical site with small shops and a bit of nostalgia
Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
Visited 4 times in a month. 1 star michelin perfect for lunch (dinner is also good but it's a lot of food). Lighter french flavors, excellent presentation, just the right amount of calories :)

If views, location and transportation is not your #1 priority, St Regis Hong Kong (Marriott Bonvoy chain) probably has the best decor and service of any hotel! Butler service to pack and unpack your stuff too =p Use your suite night awards (if you know what that is) to get the st regis suite (no need to go beyond to the metropolitan suite as there is no view).
1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
Afternoon tea is more affordable than most places and the live music adds to the ambience. My stay included afternoon tea for 2 every day (for a month!) so that's definitely something you can negotiate for. Make sure you also hit the gym...
Ground Floor Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong
Visually stunning afternoon tea sets that is certain to satisfy both visually and gastronomically... very generous portions (7 savory and 7 sweet selections for 2 people) too! Photos taken for in-room dining.
