The project started last year, towards the end of July. By he end of 2019 we were already gearing up to launch our mom's estofado seco. We planned to sell them in jars. We dunno but I we procrastinated. Then came the pandemic... just amazing! So, we decided to put everything to a halt. But then we saw how it hit so many of our kababayans. It hit all of us. So yeah, we said we were gonna help our own kitchen and other home cooks who were displaced by the pandemic. We talked to people we know who can refer, single moms especially, whom they knew, can cook really well. And as they say, the rest was history. The first dish we offered was the badass bopis. It was loaned to us by our mom. You might be wondrin' why bopis? We too were actually thinking, why? Lol! We want the public to be comfortable in eating bopis. That bopis can be very meticulously prepared, clean and positively distinguished. That bopis can be gourmet and not be too expensive at the same time.
