Pastries by Bela is a long-time passion project. It took a lot of courage and persistence to be the small home-based business it is today. The love for baking grew so strong. So strong, that we are sharing these goodies not only with family and friends, but with you!

At Pastries by Bela, we make everything in small batches weekly. We don't mass produce. We took the time to develop recipes, especially the Choux itself. Making sure we get the best texture, taste, and quality. Hoping it brings smiles and that good feeling bite after bite!

Hi, I’m Bela! I don’t know if you can tell, but I make the Pastries. ;) I made my first ever batch of baked goods when I was around 16 yrs old, it was edible! That was the “moment” I realized this is what I want to do; bake. Sharing my baked creations with family and friends inspired me a lot. To share them to a bigger audience who shares the same love for good desserts, is definitely a whole 'nother level of fulfillment. People's smiles and feedback fuel my baker self! (along with the creating and developing process) Starting this baking business makes me a ton of steps closer to my dream of putting up a small shop.
