What started out as an experiment to satisfy one's own palate, it gradually blossomed into a business, producing quality gourmet empanadas to satisfy the foodie market's discriminating taste. Our patrons hail from the NCR, Bulacan and Pampanga to as far South as Laguna and Cavite, answering their empanada cravings.
How we are different?
From the business' name itself, we sell premium empanadas made from fresh and only the best ingredients carefully prepared to preserve its integrity. The flavors were inspired by ALL time favorite dishes such Beef Taco, Chicken Ala King to the Traditional pork, chicken and tuna but with a delicious twist.
Meet the owner
My name is Jenifer "Pepper" Solis. I have been in the food industry in different capacities for the past two decades as a junior manager and eventually becoming an Operations Manager. Quality is always on the top of my list in delivering food to our clients from my past work experiences and has been by guiding principle to this day. I changed careers at the onset of the pandemic to focus on my fledgling business and to take care of the kids at home since juggling between career and passion is very hard. Now, producing yummy empanadas has become my full time occupation and with God's help, i hope to succeed in this endeavor.
