Known as one of the harbingers of third-wave coffee in Singapore, husband and wife duo Dennis and Jiamin established the cafe in 2012 as a passion project inspired by their love of coffee and travel. They work directly with coffee producers in Ethiopia and Kenya, even visiting cooperatives and farms to foster closer relationships with them. Owners Dennis Tang and Lee Jia Min curate top-notch beans from Central America, which they pick themselves during yearly trips to the region. The outlet is standing room only, but its loyal patrons have embraced the grab-and-go culture.
