Phyllis Cosmetics Serum Foundation Our Serum Foundation has lightweight, medium-coverage formulations. These foundations offer moderate coverage that looks natural with a very lightweight serum feel. They offer a semi-matte finish and are compatible with most primers. Serum Foundation INGREDIENTS: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera, Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide, Niacinamide, Allantoin, Cucumber Extract, Chamomile Extract, Vitamin E, Scent, Phenoxyethanol HOW TO USE: Shake before use. Dispense a small amount into the palm or the back of your hand. Smooth on and blend throughout the face, ideally outward from the midpoint of the face.
