Before pandemic, you will always see hungry office workers lining up to buy sisig for lunch. Their sisig has this toasted fatty goodness served with egg and rice. They also have veggie dishes like laing.

Head to the jolly jeep (food truck) on Rada Street in Makati City for the best cheap sisig in the metro! For only USD 1, you get a helping of tasty, chewy, crunchy traditional sisig mixed with scrambled eggs and topped with mayonnaise, along with a cup steamed rice. The lines here get pretty long come lunchtime, so start queuing early to get first dibs on a fresh plate!
Another Lemi Team favorite in Manila, one serving of Sisig with rice is PHP60 (about USD1.50). This famous deep-fried recipe is cooked fresh during lunchtime served with egg and a dollop of mayonnaise. Lines get really long, so go early if you can! It’s not for the faint of heart and stomach because Sisig is made of pig’s face as the main ingredient. It sure is yummy, though.

Love the gourmet! This restaurant serves Filipino cuisine. We personally loved the Baked C-Sig, Bagoong Paella Kare-Kare, and Adobo Project 2! The beef adobo flakes were perfectly shredded turning into crispy flakes. Too good not to ask for an extra rice!
