The Singapore Zoo opens from 8.30am to 6.00pm daily. There were a few people already there when we arrived around 10am. I saw small kids with their teachers and a few companions that are visiting the zoo that day too. The entrance is $33 for adults and $22 for children 3-12 years old. If you are a Pokemon player, there is a Pokestop and Pokegym here too. They even have a guide where to go.

Singapore Zoo is so amazing! First time I could see different kinds and species of animals well kept in an open enclosure captivity.

The best zoo in Asia! With all of the most popular animals you’d expect to see (elephants, tigers, kangaroos, etc) along with some unexpected ones (like Dragons!). The place is quite big so there is a fair amount of walking involved. Regular tram rides are available to shuttle you to different locations across the zoo but they are not free (if u can get a pass that includes tram rides u might want to consider it if travelling with children). We didn’t get to see all of the animals in the zoo tho as our kids got too tired after a while - so we only enjoyed half of what the zoo had the offer. Two things to keep in mind if you’re planning to go: the main Asian restaurant in the park seems to fill up quite quickly at lunch time, so you might not be able to get a table there If u go too late (but there is a restaurant next door with plenty of tables but the food is not great). Also, the polar bear they had had passed away in 2018, so that exhibit is closed as of Feb 2019.

Moose House, Vasternyliden, Bjurholm, Sweden At $500 per pound, moose cheese (also known as elk cheese) is one of the most expensive cheeses in the world. This is because only one Swedish farm in the world produces this rare delicacy. You can actually tour the 59-acre farm that is part of The Elk House (Älgens Hus) in Bjurholm, Sweden. Afterwards, you can try moose cheese at the in-house restaurant. You'll be delighted to see that the moose cheese parfait is served with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
