When was the last time you has Ice Scramble? This brought back a lot of childhood memories including those times when I had to sneak out just so I can buy scramble out of our house. Ice Scramble to go in Valenzuela gave our childhood favorite a different twist with flavors such as ube and pandan. But for me nothing beats the classic pink scramble with lots of milk powder 😁
