Babara's is an institution that offers old school cooking, placed in a historic setting. You can never go wrong when you order either Filipino, or Spanish fare. Personally, I went a little European with my Seafood Amelie, which is a house specialty. Paired with their "buffet" staple, Banana Sesame.

Highly recommended place by chef and foodie friends, this bar offers craft beers made locally in the country. Aside from beers, they also have coffee, coffee float, and locally made ice cream. Within the bar premises, you can also enjoy shopping for "pasalubong" or souvenirs from locally made export quality bags, slippers, and other items.
