Don’t you forget to take that wonderful selfie with the famous Merlion Statue at Merlion Park Singapore. It is one of the famous tourist spots in Singapore 🤍✨

There are so many extravagant spots to visit in Singapore and Merlion Park has a lot going for it, being the icon of the country and has always been a destination of tours. It is a must-go for first time visitors to Singapore to take some pics of the CBD, Fullerton Hotel and the Marina Bay and visiting this place both in the day and in the night gives you a sense of achievement. Merlion Park is near the city center and is accessible from Esplanade and Raffles Place Stations within walking distance. There is quite a wide array of food and drinks including Seafood. Souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes and ice-cream carts are also available within the area.

Singapore’s half-fish, half-lion statue stands proudly today at Merlion Park as it overlooks Marina Bay. The national icon was originally erected on the mouth of Singapore River, but was moved 120 meters away in 2002. Officials say that it was relocated because the Esplanade Bridge obstructed its view, but skeptics believe that the migration was based on Feng Shui. It is said that its primary location brought bad karma, and was even blamed for the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis. Take the obligatory tourist photo and marvel at the glory of the Merlion, which now passes Feng Shui standards.

Are aliens 👽 real? Are they observing us? I have no idea but I'm sure this stacks of stones is surely a mystery to behold.

I've always wanted to experience life in New Zealand and one of the places I will visit first once I get there is the Hobbiton 🧝♂️. Who wouldn't want to try the simple and peaceful life of the hobbits (except for the running away from orcs and addiction to rings), right?
