Upon our arrival at the restaurant, the staff greeted us with the warmest welcome and politely instructed us regarding the health declaration forms we need to accomplish as well as safety measures we need to do such as checking of temperature and disinfection of hands before we can start placing our orders. A menu is then handed out for us to pick our orders while the staff explains the best dishes available on the menu. As we started to pick our orders, the staff listed down and asked if we could wait for another minute or two as they prepared our table. I am extremely satisfied with the service encounter because all of my expectations were beyond met and catered. We were courted to our place and while waiting for our orders to be served, we personally checked the grill and exhaust if it was working properly. It only took about 5 minutes till our orders were delivered to our table. We started to cook and eat along and had no problems with the grill and exhaust as the staff was accommodating enough to ask us if we would want to change grills from time to time so that we could properly cook the meat and enjoy our meals. With regards to follow-up orders, the staff was responsive and fast to cater to our queries. After an hour of dining in, we requested the bill and it was delivered only in a matter of minutes. The overall quality of service and food was excellent and exceeded my expectations because I have been to a lot of eat-all-you-can restaurants and nothing compares to X-MEAT.
