Oh paradise! Isla Gigantes is such a beautiful group of islands hours away from the airport but definitely worth the long trip. There are several beautiful islands there that will take your breath away.

If you just want to relax and unwind, Mactan Island has a number of beaches. While many tourists book it out of the airport and head straight to the beaches of Cebu, Philippines, the ones who slow down to look around Mactan are the real winners.

Tre Cime di Lavarado is an excellent destination for the Star Wars fan-slash-alpinist. Featured in Solo: A Star Wars Story, these three distinctive tooth-like peaks are warmer in reality than in film. We can't say the same when you get to the top, though!
