The college building of my course back in 2013 was beside Padre Noval Street where there are a lot of choices for cheap eats, perfect for a college-kid wallet. Coffee Indulgence is my top choice back then (and even now when I visit the campus occasionally) because 1) it is literally located in front of the P. Noval Gate of UST; 2) their pasta and coffee menu are delicious, filling, and cheap; and 3) housed inside Coffee Indulgence are other small food stalls where they sell cheap takoyaki, grilled sandwiches, waffles, and the like.
