Half a year of on-again off-again quarantining in the Metro made me come up with my favorite places to order takeout from to keep me sane and happy as I work from home 5 days a week. Update your favorites list with me!
As an unofficial noodle soup enthusiast, I have tried a significant number of different types of ramen, laksa, sukiyaki, among others. Hot Pot Session along Lilac Street in Marikina Heights is still my all-time go-to noodle place while I work-from-home on weekdays. Their Spicy Beef Bulgogi and Thai Milk Tea complete the perfect Hot Pot Session experience.

Because pasta are just straight noodles, my second favorite WFH meal is a Shrimp Scampi Pasta, mashed potato on the side (weird combination on paper but I swear they go perfectly well), and Blake's Brown Butter Double Chocolate Chip cookie for dessert. Their Buffalo Wings and Herbed Butter Porterhouse Steak are not only super delicious but also affordable for its size and taste.
75 Gil Fernando Avenue, Barangay San Roque, Marikina City, Metro Manila, Philippines
To complete my list of WFH Takeout Cravings, my go-to milk tea place to cool off during intense work days is Chachago. Their Matcha Milk Tea tastes divine, it helps me forget the stress with every sip. Their fruit teas are refreshing as well! Perfect drinks for long, hot days.
