Adrien Jean Le Mayeur de Merpes (1880–1958) was a Belgian painter who lived in Sanur for the latter half of his life. His small mansion has today been transformed into Museum Le Mayeur, hosting his collection of traditional Balinese artifacts and art pieces, as well as 80 of his most prominent artworks featuring his wife (a Balinese dancer) and friends, offering a glimpse into the world of olden.
