Firehouse Pizza

5 saves

Muntinlupa City, Philippines • Recommendation •

✴️ Calzone Salad - consist of fresh spinach, chorizo calzone, chopped onions, dried tomatoes, parmesan & pesto sauce. Pesto lover here 👋🏼 that is why I really enjoyed this salad. It is unusual for me to have pesto sauce in my salad because I usually use it on pastas & breads. Thank you for this idea Firehouse! ✴️ Seafood Penne Alfredo - I am still mesmerized with the distinct flavor. The combination of mozzarella & parmesan cheese is so creamy and it tends to mimic a creamy-coconut note. A perfect level of creaminess for a seafood pasta. ✴️ Classic Pepperoni Pizza - here comes the classic! The simplicity of this pizza is what makes it outstanding. It has basic ingredients but very refined flavor. Meaty, Cheesy & herby! ✴️ Signature Firehouse Burrata Pizza - this is absolutely one of my favorite pizza! The flavor profile is very unique. Aside from the creamy burrata, the combination of prosciutto, rucola, chorizo, meatballs, jalapeño, caramelized tomatoes and chili oil is phenomenal. What makes this pizza lovable is its flexibility to please a filipino palate. In my opinion, adding a sweet sun-dried tomato instead of the typical sour sun-dried tomato is a killer move! Overall my dining experience is remarkble! Very appetizing set of foods, relaxing ambiance & good service. I highly recommend this place.

Rico's Lechon - Tiendesitas

Pasig City, Philippines • Memory •

Here’s my restaurant experience: The Food ✴️ CEBU LECHON - perfectly spiced, juicy & tender. It is usually served without a dip but I highly suggest that you request for some sukang lami. The vinegar will amplify the flavor of the lechon. ✴️ BLOODY WATERMELON - very refreshing & unique tasting drink! It has a very strong fresh watermelon flavor & noticeable berry taste. ✴️ MONGGOS - one of the most authentic tasting ginisang monggo👌It has a strong tinapa flavor & the consistency is perfect! ✴️ PANDAN TAPIOCA - this is absolutely my favorite ☺️ Creamy, not too sweet & the tapioca is awesaomley chewy 😋 Overall my dining experience is #DaBestGyud ! The place have a home-y vibe & is well lit! The service is as good as their food 👌 Can’t wait to visit them again!

Their beef enoki roll is absolutely my favorite! They only have limited choices of side dish kimchi & pickled radish. Sadly their iconic cheese is not available ☹️ The place & service The place is great! It is well ventilated & well lit. All servers are very kind. They are very respectful & friendly.

Al Bahr Al Ahmar

Manila, Philippines • Recommendation •

Al Bahr Al Ahmar Arabic & Mediterrenean Cuisine When trying out some international cuisines, I make sure that it is authenctic and commendable. Para sa akin kasi, perfect dapat ang first time kasi yun yung mga bagay na hindi ko madaling makalimutan. If you have decided to get out of your comfort zone and chose to try arabic & mediterreanean cuisine, I highly recommend @albahralahmar 📍Al Bahr Al Ahmar, 1535 M.H. Del Pilar St., Malate Manila The foods are very aromatic and the flavors are so complex. Here are my top picks: ✴️Sambosa - Isa ito sa mga sobrang na-curious ako nang dahil sa lasa at texture. Parang fusion ito ng empanada at lumpia. Crispy yung wrapper then very flavorfull yung filling. ✴️ Shawarma and Garlic Sauce - very different from the usual shawarma na nakakain natin from food courts and side walks. As per owner, marami raw talagang versions ng shawarma pero ang napili nila is the Arabic version which is very herby and at the same time meaty. May fries/potatoes sa loob one of trademark ng pagiging isang authentic Arabic shawarma. You should try din their kebab, biryani, & kabsa. Exploding with unforgattble flavors! Very deserving to be your first! Sa mga hindi pa rin confident lumabas you can order via food panda ☺️
