Can I just rave about Rene Rodrigo’s amazing line of Powerful Oriental healing oils and other magical products? I was blessed enough to get a box after giving birth and this hormone balancing spray saved my life (and mu husband’s) a couple of times over. It’s invigorating and relaxing scent calms you down almost immediately. I recommend putting this in your refrigerator and spraying it on your face after a long yoga sesh. A def must buy for me!

In my quest for finding the perfect mat, I came across this new and promising brand. I’ve always bought my yoga stuff from abroad due to lack of quality products produced here, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this little gem online. What I love the most about their suede mats is the fact that it comes 20 percent wider and longer than your typical gym or yoga mat. It is also thicker meaning it gives you more support when trying to do inversions or poses like it. I got the H20 design because it makes me feel like Im swimming and practicing at the same time. Pro tip: spray with a bit of water before use to fully activate the grip.
